Philosophy
Foundation Academy's philosophy is based on the understanding that early education is a crucial foundation of learning. The learning environment provides rich opportunities for students to absorb new experiences where we strive to prepare children to meet the rigorous demands of Kindergarten.
At Foundations Academy, we believe that all children can learn.
It is the mission of this program to provide quality, developmentally appropriate, early childhood education to children ages of three months through five years of age. This program examines the needs of the children, families, school districts, and communities we serve and utilizes a curriculum which addresses identified needs.
At Foundations Academy, we understand how important social, emotional, and intellectual development is regarding young children.

About Mrs. Jude
Mrs. Jude is an Arizona state certified Kindergarten teacher with over 20 years of experience in public education. Mrs. Jude comes with a wealth of experience in the early education field. She has a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, as well as a Masters degree in Educational Leadership. As a lifelong learner, Mrs. Jude is working towards a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership.
Mrs. Jude has made it her mission to provide children with the skills needed to find social, emotional, and academic success in the public school setting.
Kindergarten Readiness
Foundations Early Education Academy provides a nurturing educational environment where students are able to grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Students will learn through play as well as structured educational activities.
At Foundations Academy, students will be prepared to meet the rigorous demands of Kindergarten by utilizing curriculum-based instruction, while adhering to the Arizona Preschool Standards for learning.
Enrollment
Foundations Academy is licensed by Arizona Department of Health Services (DHS), and Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES). Foundations Academy is a small preschool which is located in South Phoenix, and serves children in Phoenix, Laveen, and surrounding areas. Foundations Academy is open 6a-6p and are accepting children ages 16 weeks to 5 years old. Space is limited.
